This grip sleeve for our door handle kit is made of resin bonded fabric, or more precisely, fine cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin (a type of Duroplast) and pressed under high pressure and at high temperature. This material is normally used in the electrical industry as an insulating material as it has excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It is robust and durable.
