With our offer of porcelain door handles, we want to enrich the usual offer of stainless steel and aluminum door handles on the market with a few more materials that are particularly useful here. Our porcelain door handles are scratch-resistant and color-fast, and they are manufactured in Limoges. Located in the former French province of Limousin, it has long been one of the important European locations for enamel painting and porcelain manufacturing. The porcelain for the handles is pressed in a metal mold and fired at 1400° C until it is smooth. The nickel-plated brass parts are turned from the solid and then milled. As an alternative to the classic door handle, we offer door knobs in olive shape. They come from a time when ergonomics was not a fashion issue, but a matter of course.
The models date back to the beginning of the 20th century.
Besides these handles, we also have those made of cast iron, zinc die-cast or brass.
