Weathering and mechanical influences place special demands on the design and material of lamps used in damp rooms or in outdoor areas. For this reason, all our lights in this segment are made of solid cast iron, aluminium or brass. The basement light is also available as a lighter, but by no means fragile version made of Bakelite, which is on a par with its heavy cast-iron siblings in terms of dust and moisture protection.
