Rocker button luminescent THPG Bakelite
Luminescent rocker button for the switch system Bakelite with solid screw contacts. The central insert and the rocker are made of Bakelite with a luminescent insert and the base body is made of steatite, a proven ceramic material.
Rocker buttons are particularly suitable for operating bells and door openers, and in conjunction with a relay, they can also be used for stairwell lighting. Rocker buttons with corresponding symbols on the rocker are also available.

More details
No power without pressure. Also luminescent.
Rocker buttons differ from rocker switches in that the circuit does not remain closed after actuation, but opens again automatically as soon as the pressure on the rocker ends. The reason for this is a spring that returns the rocker to its original position. Rocker buttons, also known as impulse switches, are particularly suitable for operating doorbells and door openers and, in conjunction with a relay, also for staircase switching.
The accordingly labelled models have an insert with luminescent pigments (free of radioactive substances, lead, cadmium, chrome and the like) on the rocker. When exposed to light, these pigments become charged with energy and glow reliably in the dark. This purely physical process guarantees long-lasting function without signs of wear and ensures that the button is easy to find even in the dark. Alternatively, we also offer models with classic glow lamps underneath the push-buttons.
Covers & Combinations
All switches, push-buttons and sockets are supplied without outer coverings!
Both round and square single and system coverings are available, as well as square multiple coverings. These can be combined with all switches, push-buttons and sockets from the switch system Bakelite.
All coverings can be used in existing installations without any problems, as they have been developed according to the standard spacings. The Bakelite switch system fits in all standard flush-mounted boxes; only for the installation of data sockets, flush-mounted boxes with an increased volume are recommended.
The Bakelite switch system is compatible with the Duroplast switch system and with the coverings of the White Glass switch system. Since the Porcelain switch systems are of a different height, they are not compatible.
