Blasting disc THPG polished brass for THPG hand showers
Not just a replacement: an upgrade.
With the hand held shower we have upped the ante once again and have a solid brass jet disc made by a turning shop in the Black Forest (with a material thickness of 5 mm at the centre).
The 54 holes in the shower head (1.2 mm Ø) are arranged in three circles, each with a slightly varying jet stream, providing a finely-differentiated water flow. The accompanying screw with an elegant-shaped head is not just from off the shelf, it has been specially turned to suit its purpose - also made of solid brass - and has a slot that can be screwed in using a 1 cent piece in place of a screwdriver.

Note: If not treated, the untreated, polished brass will rust (comparable to an outdoor water faucet). If you want to maintain the elegant brassy shine, we recommend polishing it regularly with on of our metal polishes. This treatment can be done when decalcifying (with vinegar and water).
