Il Lefa è un materiale piacevole al tatto, realizzato con resti di pelle e lattice naturale come legante. Non è duro e liscio come la pelle e non è soffice e cedevole come la maggior parte dei materiali sintetici. È quindi ideale come box per il mouse del computer, ma è anche una superficie di scrittura ideale. I tappetini vengono tagliati su misura a Tubinga, da un materiale molto spesso di 3,5 mm.
I nostri tappetini da scrivania in Lefa sono certificati secondo lo standard Oeko-Tex.

Lefa ist ein haptisch angenehmes Material aus Lederresten und Naturlatex als Bindemittel. Als Laufstall für die Computermaus, aber auch gerade als Schreibunterlage ist es das schlechthin ideale Material: Nicht ganz so hart und glatt wie Leder, nicht so fusselig und nachgiebig wie die meisten Kunststoffe.
Als Lederfaserstoff, Bonded Leather oder Recycled Leather ist sehr viel zweifelhaftes Zeug im Umlauf. Unser Rohmaterial kommt von Salamander aus Türkheim im Unterallgäu. Aus dem mit 3,5 mm Stärke sehr üppigem Material lassen wir folgende Unterlagen in Tübingen zuschneiden:
